I’m Vicky. I’m one of the Clinical Directors and highly specialist Speech and Language Therapists at Speech Matters Speech Therapy Ltd. SMST is an independent practice providing assessment, diagnosis and therapy for adults and older children with communication and swallowing difficulties. We work with you, your family and care team to provide individualised treatment to maximise your communication potential. We provide in-person consultations across the North West and remote consultations nationally.

My professional experience includes working with an adult caseload in medicolegal teams, acute hospitals, mental health inpatient settings, community teams, special schools and learning disability teams. My specialisms include neurological conditions, brain injury, stammering, learning disability and autism with a keen interest in positive behaviour support and AAC.
