Jocelyn Galloway

I have worked as a SaLT since graduating from UCL in 2011 across the early years to post 16 settings. I started my career at Blossom House, a specialist speech and language school for five years. Since 2018, I have worked in Social Emotional and Mental Health schools. I have specialist knowledge in trauma informed practice with vulnerable and complex children and young people who display challenging behaviour alongside SLCN.

This service offers nurture based Speech and Language therapy for children, young people and their families to understand and develop speech, language and communication needs within your own home or within the school context.

Navigating the world with communication difficulties is difficult, socially, emotionally and academically. I feel passionate about supporting children, young people and their families to overcome these barriers and connect with the world around them and getting their identity back.
