Hi, I’m Jac. I have 15 years’ experience, working with children, young people, families, and adults.

In recent years, I’ve worked in mental health settings so I’ve spent a lot of time supporting people with complex mental health needs and with neurodiversity.

For me, communication is all about connection. I’m a strong advocate for the interplay between communication and mental wellbeing, and I bring mental health awareness and counselling skills into my work, so that therapy feels safe, respectful and genuinely helpful. If you’re a parent or carer looking for support for your child, I’d love to hear from you. I’ll get to know your child as a whole person, work alongside you, and make sure they feel heard, understood and comfortable being themselves.

I’d love to work with people who are open to exploring what communication means for them. Together we can work towards feeling at ease with how you communicate.
