Speech and Language Therapist in Chorley
• Changes to communication relating to a neurological diagnosis such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, acquired brain injury, motor neurone disease, brain tumour or other neurological differences.
• Changes to communication and/or voice following treatment for head and neck cancer.
• Changes to voice due to an ENT diagnosis e.g. vocal nodules, muscle tension dysphonia or functional voice disorder.
• Changes to communication relating to speech fluency and rate (stammering).
• Any other changes to communication that are having an impact on your confidence or ability to participate in the life you want, or difficulties adjusting to changes in your identity.
I have over 20 years’ experience spanning neurological, ENT and oncology rehabilitation with additional training in CBT psychotherapy to support those experiencing communication difficulties that are also impacting confidence and emotional wellbeing.
