Hello! My name is Kate, and I am an NHS-experienced Speech and Language Therapist based in a clinic in Sevenoaks. I hold a small caseload specialising in pre-school, Early Years and Key Stage 1 and 2.

I provide support for:

• Early Language Development for late talkers
• Speech sound difficulties
• Stammering
• Social Communication and Interaction differences
• Gestalt Language Processors: children who are learning language in chunks or scripts

I use a Total Communication Approach, adapting to your child’s natural learning style using a blend of evidence-based tools. My training and experience includes Palin PCI, Makaton, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Intensive Interaction and Joint Attention therapy and the Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) Framework.
