Specialist speech and language therapist in Devon, with over twenty years experience.

Able to provide assessment and therapy for people with swallowing disorders and communication difficulties such as aphasia, dysarthria, verbal apraxia, reading, writing and cognition.

I can assess, advise and provide therapy to clients presenting with stroke, brain injury, brain tumour or progressive neurological conditions e.g. Parkinson’s and MND. This includes capacity assessments for legal decision making. Intervention can be provided at client’s home, work place, residential home, clinic space, via video or telephone.

I passionately believe my role is to enable individuals to be able to reach their full potential and engage with their previous lives as much as is possible.

Goals are always set in conjunction with the client and their caregivers and ensure that they are holistic and patient centred.

See my website for further details www.samcooperslt.com or feel free to ring discuss your needs further.
