I am friendly, approachable and highly experienced, having worked across a variety of settings in both the public and private sectors. I take a child-centered and empathetic approach, building strong connections with children and their families. I tailor therapy to each child’s individual needs, interests and motivations, creating a fun, engaging and safe environment where children feel regulated and ready to learn.

Having three boys of my own has taught me so much about motivation, play, and regulation, and has given me a deep understanding of how much a child’s well-being means to their parents. It allows me to empathise with families, appreciate their hopes and concerns, and empower them to support their child’s growth.

I bring warmth, energy and creativity to every session, helping children feel connected, confident and ready to reach their full potential.
