I have more than 30 years’ experience as a speech and language therapist within the NHS. Over these years I have worked with pre-school and school aged children and young people, in children’s homes, in clinics, in early years settings, in mainstream schools and in specialist bases for children with severe speech and language disorders. I have also been involved in multi-professional assessments for autism.

Communication skills are so important for learning and social success. I am passionate about supporting children and young people to develop their skills as far as is possible, to enable their fuller participation in all aspects of life.
