Hi I’m Anna and I am a bilingual (Welsh/English) Specialist Speech and Language Therapist working with adults in North Wales.

I specialise in adults with acquired communication and/or swallowing difficulties and I have over 13 years experience.

My special interests are stroke (Aphasia, Dysarthria and dysphagia post stroke) as well as having specialist knowledge and experience of Cognitive-communication disorders in adults with Long-covid.

I have specialist experience and knowledge of supporting adults with dementia who have communication, dysphagia and behavioural difficulties around eating and drinking.

I also have experience of supporting adults with progressive neurological disease- including supporting patients who are on the palliative pathway.

I enjoy working with the client at the centre of their care, ensuring care is personalised and meaningful to the client. I really enjoy working with the client’s family and supporting them to understand and support the client to achieve as much independence as possible.
