I am a specialist Speech and Language Therapist, Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist (Cert.AVT), and Emotion Coach with over 25 years of experience supporting people with complex communication needs from birth through adulthood.

I run two practices in Bath: One for deaf and hard of hearing clients (www.catherinewhitetherapy.uk), and one for hearing clients with speech, language, and social communication needs (www.mitos.org.uk). All ages are welcome.

My experience includes working with individuals with Deafness, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.

I take a holistic, person-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients, parents and carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team. For younger children, I coach parents, carers, and educators to create rich listening and communication opportunities at home and in educational settings. For older clients, the focus shifts towards building independence through coaching and practical strategies.

I offer in-person appointments in Bath and online sessions across the UK and Europe.
