I have been a Speech and Language Therapist for 21 years. I have worked with a range of children and young adults with communication and swallowing needs.

I currently support many families by providing intervention in the home or at settings.

I have much experience of Medico-Legal cases by working with many Case Managers to support clients with Acquired Brain Injuries within a Multi-Disciplinary team.

I understand the need for Local Education Authorities to fulfil EHCP requirements and I can support requests made to provide assessments and treatment based on provision recommended.

I have Expert Witness experience representing commissioners within Tribunal Hearings.

I review soon to be published academic literature for Routledge.

With two children of my own, I understand personally and professionally the vested interest a team has (including parents) to enable a child/young adult to do their best.
