Hi, my name is Adam and I have been working as a Speech and Language Therapist since 2014.

My journey has taken me from my home town of Stoke-on-Trent, to Essex, Melbourne, Australia, and finally to South East London. I offer services up to 5 miles from my home in New Cross (SE14).

I specialise in acquired brain injury which includes Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury and Encephalitis, and I have a wealth of experience in progressive neurological conditions including Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, and Parkinson’s disease. I also have a very keen interest in Functional Neurological Disorder, or supporting with differential diagnosis where symptoms exist of unknown origin.

I am trained in Motivational Interviewing which I like to incorporate into my therapy. It is important to me to consider the client holistically, considering all factors in how we best approach intervention, while ensuring that any goals are person-centred and meaningful.
