I am a Speech and Language Therapist with over 10 years of experience working within the NHS.

I have extensive experience of working with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs, including language delay/disorders, speech sound difficulties and differences associated with Autism. I also specialise in supporting children and young people who stammer (from 3-18 years) and have received training from the Michael Palin Centre for Stammering.

I am also a trained Makaton Tutor and believe Makaton can be used as a tool to support communication development.

A core component of my approach is working closely with parents to jointly support a child’s language and communication development, including collaborative target setting. I offer therapy sessions that are fun and motivating and support parents to feel confident to support their child’s communication potential.
