I work with adults who have experienced acquired brain injuries (e.g. stroke/traumatic brain injury/meningitis/brain tumour/encephalitis/other acquired brain injury). I work with individuals with aphasia (language difficulties), apraxia of speech, dysarthria (slurred speech) cognitive communication disorder and dysphagia (swallowing difficulties).

I provide evidence-based and goal-focussed interventions, following a thorough assessment phase. Goals set are personally salient and meaningful to that individual; with real-life progress, function, and quality of life being at the centre of each intervention. I work with my clients, their families/friends, and staff involved in their neurological rehabilitation to achieve their goals.

I am passionate about advocating for those with communication difficulties, and even more passionate when it comes to empowering clients to advocate for themselves.

I am based in Bedford + also cover (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire). I offer remote sessions (video-call)
