I have over 16 years of experience working with children and young people (age 3-19) with complex medical needs in both mainstream and special schools. I have worked as a Highly Specialist School Age Complex Needs therapist in the community for the past 12 years.

I have completed the following specialist training: PROMPT Therapy (Intro and Bridging level), Makaton signing, Intensive Interaction, PODD, PECS, and a variety of AAC training.

I have special interests in physical disability, motor speech disorder, apraxia of speech/ Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), acquired brain injury (ABI) and augmentative alternative communication (AAC).
