I am a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist with over 15 years experience working with adults with acquired neurological conditions.
I am experienced in assessment and management of adults with communication difficulties and complex dysphagia, as a result of a range of aetiologies, including stroke, Brain injury and progressive neurological conditions such a Parkinson’s.
I believe in working holistically with clients to promote autonomy and independence, focusing on values based goal setting.
I am passionate about providing training and education sessions to develop the knowledge and understanding of communication and/or swallowing difficulties within a supportive and confidential environment.
I hold RSCLT Videofluoroscopy and Tracheostomy competencies.
I have attended the Bond Solon ‘Excellence in Report Writing’ course and am committed to providing clear, evidenced based Expert Witness reports, specialising in medical negligence and personal injury cases, to support legal proceedings.
