Nicola is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with almost 20 years experience working across the NHS and Private sector. Nicola now works full-time at Helping Kids Shine (HKS), based in Aberkenfig, Bridgend. HKS provides specialist level Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy to children and young people up to the age of 25 in the South Wales and surrounding areas.

Nicola has specialist skills in stammering and Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) but is able to carry out specialist level assessments for all speech, language and communication difficulties. HKS are able to work with education settings/ local authorities too and would welcome contact regarding any training needs or individual specialist level support.
