Speech and Language Therapist in Loughborough
Based in Leicestershire, I provide assessment and rehabilitation across the East Midlands, in person and online, for private clients and case-managed referrals.
I specialise in aphasia, apraxia of speech and cognitive-communication disorders, supporting people to rebuild communication skills, develop strategies and maximise independence, participation and vocational outcomes. I also provide assessment and intervention for dysphagia (swallowing difficulties).
My approach is practical, creative and person-centred, using music and personalised digital tools to make rehabilitation meaningful and relevant to individual goals.
My experience includes individual and group rehabilitation, vocational support, service development, professional training, computer-based research, and delivering an online Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Programme (ICAP).
My aim is to help people communicate authentically, rediscover their strengths and move forward with confidence.
