Hi Gillian,

It’s taken me a while to get used to the functions within Wupp. I know it can be frustrating. 

I use Wupp in the way you describe, using their online booking system. I have a link on my website so parents can book a free chat with me directly, linked to my Wupp calendar. They just give name, email and telephone, together with a brief description of the reason for their contact. After the chat, I can deactivate them (go to ‘create’ and select ‘discharge’) which turns them ‘grey’ or delete (from settings). I can also add a ‘task’ on a particular date relating to this client, if they are are still active and I want to check in again later. There is a separate list of tasks somewhere, probably similar to a ‘board’.

If you want to try it out on my website so you can see what it looks like from the service users end, please give it a try.  I have blocked the next few weeks out for the Summer, but I have opened up Monday 8th August so you can book. 

Hope that helps. Happy to go through with you how I use it. But I find that playing with the system and trying things out is a great way to learn it.
