Hiya, I don’t know about WriteUpp, but in Therapy Plaza, you can set up ‘enquiries’ and have a ‘board’ to keep track of them, including things like date of first contract, type of need (speech/social comm/fluency etc) and you don’t have to put in too many details, then I’d they progress to assessment or therapy you can add in those details later. If they drop off, then you just change their status to ‘inactive’ and they get archived so don’t show up unless you need to recall them from the directory and reactivate them again.
Full disclosure though, my hubby is one of the people behind the programme, but even though I’m biased I still think it’s great!
