We use Cliniko for record keeping – I think it’s excellent and has great support. An advantage over Writeupp (if I remember correctly) is that you can save a draft note. I like this as I can write session plans/ ideas/ targets in etc that can be deleted or adapted. You can also invoice from Cliniko and I used this for a while but now have everything on Xero. Xero is v intuitive and I’d highly recommend but I haven’t tried alternatives.
