Yes, we are also finding it extremely difficult to recruit and have also tried many different ways of advertising etc. The demand seems to be far outweighing the supply. So many unfilled vacancies out there so I do think the problem is nationwide.
Like Frances has said, schools are desperate as are families and they just can’t get the support…even when they are paying for it which I know has been so frustrating for so many that ring us.
Glad to hear that workforce planning is a priority for RCSLT – it really needs to be!
