Hi Heidi,

I have been involved in a number of safeguarding enquiries – either having raised concerns myself or been asked to support clients with communication support needs when others have raised concerns.
If you have any concerns at all I would contact the local authority’s safeguarding team. They can then investigate and decide if any action needs to be taken.
I have generally found the social work teams to be very supportive when working with them.

If you would like to chat anything through happy to have a chat over the phone.

regards

Tracey
