Zoe Coates and Tessa Ackerman each have over 25 years experience; working as SLTs in the NHS and private sector. For the past 10 years we have provided a specialist independent service (ACT for Yorkshire Ltd) for adults across the Yorkshire region who have communication and swallowing difficulties. We undertake work for private individuals, case managers & solicitors, and are recognised providers for all the main private health insurance companies. We work with people following a stroke, head injury, or diagnosis of a progressive neurological condition (eg. Parkinson’s disease, MND, Dementia), and offer flexible therapy programmes tailored to your individual requirements. We are both LSVT certified clinicians. Please visit: www.actforyorkshireltd.co.uk for further information.
