Sue, a highly experienced therapist, graduated from University College London in 1997 with a first class degree and completed an MSc in Human Communication at City University. She was Head of Adult Speech and Language Therapy at LNWH NHS Trust until 2009. Throughout her clinical and corporate roles, she has been dedicated to improving the communication and experience of people with stroke and their families.
Sue trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and brings a holistic approach to supporting adjustment to new ways of communicating and living well post stroke. Her business and corporate careers enable her to support people in returning to work at all levels.
Recognising the impact of communication difficulties on relationships, she is skilled in working with stroke survivors alone and with their families and carers as preferred.
Sue is a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and the HCPC
