Ruth qualified as a speech and language therapist in 2005 at the University of Queensland in Australia. She has 18 years experience working with adults and young people with a wide range of communication, voice and swallowing concerns arising from neurological impairment and head and neck cancers. She has a special interest in swallowing and swallowing disorders; offering latest assessments, therapies and technologies in her practice.

Ruth is the Lead Clinician for Dysphagia at the Speech Group and carries out instrumental swallowing assessments when required. The Speech Group runs a regular Videofluoroscopy and FEES service in central London.

Ruth writes Expert Witness reports for legal proceedings.

Ruth has 10 years experience leading a speech and language therapy service in a large London private hospital group. She is committed to offering bespoke, holistic care to each client.
