I qualified as a speech and language therapist in 1993 and have worked exclusively with adults since 1996. I have worked in a variety of settings including acute medical wards, community hospitals, community outpatient clinics, a traumatic brain injury unit, residential and nursing homes and home visits.
I have particular experience with stroke, progressive neurological conditions, head injury, swallowing, and dementia.
ASLTIP’s membership has been growing rapidly since 1989. We are a support organisation run by our members. The executive board is always grateful for new members and new ideas.
