Having graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2004, with a first class honours in Speech and Language Sciences, I have over 18 years of experience working with children with speech, language and communication difficulties.

I set up Independent Practice in 2011 in London. I have worked as a consultant across a number of schools and early years settings, passionately supporting and advocating for the needs of all children to ensure that they achieve their full personal and educational potential.

I moved to Scotland in 2018. I am now dedicated to supporting schools and/or families to meet the speech, language and communication needs of their child or young person.

I am a trained Sounds Write facilitator, and I am dedicated to raising awareness of best practices within the area of reading, spelling and writing.

I am a BACP registered counsellor and I work with adults who stammer.
