I graduated in 2007 with a 1st class degree in Speech and Language Therapy. I have 11 years experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist for the NHS across five different London boroughs.
My work has been with children and young people across a range of settings; mainstream primary and secondary as well as Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, Specialist Resource Provisions (SRPs) including Autism Resource Bases (ARBs), Pupil Referral Units (PRU), Alternative Provisions and Youth Offending Services (YOS).
I have also worked extensively as part of a paediatric Multi-Disciplinary Team differentially diagnosing individuals with ASD.
In 2014 I was awarded the Sternberg award for Clinical Innovation. This is a Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists Honours award to acknowledge the achievements of therapists who have contributed outstanding services to speech and language therapy.
I work in collaboratively with parent/carers and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for the child.
