I am a highly specialist speech and language therapist with sixteen years of experience working in the NHS. My passion lies in making a lasting impact on young lives. I have extensive clinical expertise having worked in a range of education settings such as mainstream, specialist teaching facilities and special schools. I have also worked with home schooled pupils and with adults with learning disabilities in various settings.
I have a particular interest in neurodiversity affirming practice. I am committed to supporting vulnerable families and young people, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure they receive the necessary support and services.
I believe in investing in myself to continue to develop my skillset and expertise and to keep abreast of evidence based practice. I am currently undertaking a PGDip in Sensory Integration to become an Advanced Sensory Integration Practitioner alongside an accredited course to become a Certified Outdoor Therapist.
