Lyndsey Allen

With over 20 years of experience working across public, private and 3rd sector organisations, I now live my hectic but dream work life working across 3 roles.

In my clinical specialty deafness, I work for Auditory Verbal UK as a professional mentor, and I continue to support families and present internationally through my independent practice Think Talk and Learn.

I joined the ASLTIP board as Director of Learning and Development in 2021. I brought with me years of experience creating education events and resources for a globally renowned charity, The Ear Foundation.

Working with the board to create our in person event Therapy Talks, I’m incredibly proud we’ve created a day that brings together our community to celebrate, share and learn.

Now, as Director of Member Engagement, I recognise the importance of ASLTIP’s community and feel privileged to build connections and work with members to grow and shape our organisation.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the park with my kids, in the gym or throwing some shapes on a yoga mat.
