I worked in the NHS for 22 years and worked as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for 11 of these years. I have worked in community clinics, mainstream schools and in language units attached to mainstream schools. I provide therapy in 1:1 settings, with pairs of children and in small groups. I have also provided training for Early Years Education Staff to promote language and communication for pre-school children and training for parent and carer groups using Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
