I am a motivated, positive and fun experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist offering functional and engaging therapy services to pre-school and school aged children and young adults with Autism, Social Communication Difficulties and Complex Needs in family homes, nurseries and schools.
I have completed a wide range of formal and informal post-graduate training to ensure I am constantly offering the most up to date and effective therapy for my clients including, but not limited to, PECS, TEACCH, Attention Autism, Colourful Semantics and SCERTS. I am trained in the SOS feeding programme which supports development of skills for eating in children who may be ‘fussy eaters’.
I enjoy working collaboratively alongside ABA consultants and tutors, Teaching Staff, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Legal Teams.
I offer specialist diagnostic assessments including those for Autism (ADOS & ADI-R), EHCPs and assessments for and representation at Educational Tribunals as an Expert Witness.
I have extensive experience working with schools to set up and embed therapy services and/or provide bespoke training for staff and parents.
