I qualified with a Masters Degree from UCL in 1994 working until 2002 in the NHS, in clinics/schools/language units with ages 2 to 18yrs. I then became an IP ,joining ASLTIP, working for 10yrs in a CRESTED (dyslexia) specialist school & for 15 years, in a secondary specialist resource unit with a case load of 11 to 19 yr olds with delay/disorder in speech, phonological awareness, receptive/expressive language, auditory memory, social skills, thinking skills, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Aspergers. I regularly update my knowledge & skills attending SIG groups, relevant courses and have received additional training including in specific learning difficulties(dyslexia), stammering, memory, TLP and Feuerstein IE.at the Hope Centre in north London.
