I provide a high quality, caring Speech and language therapy service to adults.
I undertake medicolegal work and am a Year 1 Clinical Simulation Facilitator and examiner for years 1 and 2 BSc Hons Speech and Language Therapy students at the University of Manchester.
Prior to becoming an Independent Speech and Language Therapist, I was Principal Speech and Language Therapist at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester, a tertiary Cancer centre, with a total of 30 years in the NHS.
My specialism is in the rehabilitation of speech, voice and swallowing following head and neck surgery and cancer treatments. I provide assessment, report and recommendations and offer therapy. Clients receive practical support and empathy during their treatment, in person or via telehealth. If clients are concerned, experiencing delays or simply needing to talk with an informed Head and Neck Speech and Language Therapist, then contact me.
