I graduated from University College London with a Bsc (Hons) in Speech Science (Speech and Language Therapy) in 2012. Since then I have worked in two NHS trusts in London providing specialist assessment and therapy to children in special schools, mainstream schools, community clinics, children’s centres and nurseries. I have also worked in a private clinic based in Harley Street and Clapham Junction. I currently work part time in a school for children with Autism and also have a private caseload in London.

I am experienced in assessment and therapy of a range of communication difficulties, including play development; attention and listening; difficulties understanding and using language; speech sound difficulties; social communication difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dysfluency/stammering.

I am trained and experienced in delivering the following therapy packages: SCERTS, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Supporting Primary School Aged Children Who Stammer, Michael Palin Parent Child Interaction Therapy (for children who stammer), Makaton, Lego Therapy, Colourful Semantics, PECs, Social Thinking and Attention Autism.

I provide assessment and fun child centred therapy for children in their home, nursery and school. For early years and school settings: I can carry out observations/assessments and advice/therapy for individual children. I also provide whole setting or individual training for staff members.

My approach to therapy is to work jointly with parents, carers and school staff to give them the skills and tools to support their child’s communication development.
