I have worked for two large NHS Speech and Language Therapy departments for over fourteen years, as well as in independent practice for over 9 years. I have extensive knowledge and experience of carrying out assessment and delivering therapy to children with both acquired and developmental speech and language disorders including TBI, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), language delay, speech sound difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder. I am trained in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Lidcombe, Attention Autism and am able to support families implement visual timetables and makaton signing. I am a trained Elklan tutor and also have experience of writing medico-legal reports and have attended approved ‘Expert Report Writing’ and ‘Expert Witness’ courses.
